Lemon – Free Pattern
Size
When using the recommended hook size, yarn, the yarn under method (x stitch), the lemon measures 4 inches/10 centimeters.
Materials
Materials needed to create the toy in order to replicate my toy:
- Crochet hook size: 5 mm hook
- Yarn used: Bulky Weight Chenille Yarn (Weight 5)- (Yellow, Green)
- Stuffing
- Darning needle
- Stitch marker (optional)
Lemon
Use Yellow. Stuff as you go.
Round 1: 6 sc in MR. [6]
Round 2: (sc, inc) x 3. [9]
Round 3: 9 sc. [9]
Round 4: sc, inc, (2 sc, inc) x 2, sc. [12]
Round 5: (sc, inc) x 6. [18]
Rounds 6-11: 18 sc. [18] (6 rounds)
Round 12: (sc, dec) x 6. [12]
Round 13: sc, dec, (2 sc, dec) x 2, sc. [9]
Round 14: 9 sc. [9]
Round 15: (sc, dec) x 3. [6]
Cut yarn and weave end through the remaining front loops.
Leaf
Use Green.
Round 1: sc, hdc, (dc) x 3, hdc, sc in MR. [7]
Sl st to the first st.
Cut yarn and leave a tail for sewing. Sew onto one of the tip of the lemon.
